Victor brings extensive experience across high-end residential design, construction, and project management. His expertise includes estimating, permitting, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and full project execution.

With a strong academic foundation in architecture and design from UC Berkeley, Victor brings a unique ability to connect design vision with real-world construction. He has developed deep expertise in ADU development and accelerated residential construction, with a strong focus on solving challenges quickly and keeping projects aligned with budget, schedule, and quality.
At MAVTERRAS, Victor leads preconstruction, estimating, construction planning, and project management from concept through completion.
